Dan received his Master of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania in 1990. He has worked as a clinician in both medical and community based settings, providing therapeutic services to a wide population. Dan has also been a therapist in a private practice setting since 1998, working with clients impacted by depression, anxiety, childhood/family violence, infertility, ADHD and traumatic loss. He also has experience working with people who have suffered strokes and spinal cord injuries, as well as patients and family members affected by terminal illness.
Dan has facilitated groups on grief and loss, and has conducted educational programs on topics such as domestic violence, protecting children from the media, the sandwich generation/caring for the caregivers, helping your child and yourself cope with ADHD, and more.
